Shipping Information

Orders are processed Wednesday through Saturday, generally the same day that you make your purchase, if made before 3 P.M. central time. Orders ship on Fridays from our Fog Hollow location. You will be notified by email when the product has shipped and we will provide any tracking numbers that you need.

Due to past experience, we automatically put insurance on orders over $100. This is true for both UPS and United States Postal Service. You will have the option to put insurance on any order that is less than $100. Keep in mind that the price you see for UPS includes all insurance costs, whereas the price for insurance is added on to the cost you see for Postal rates.

Notice to International Customers:

Shipping insurance is NOT available on international First Class or Flat Rate Small Boxes. This means we are NOT responsible if the package does not make it to you. We are sorry for this, but it is the policy of the United States Postal Service. If this is the case, you will be contacted BEFORE your order ships, in an effort to give you the option to change your preferred shipping method.
